Privacy notice

Effective date: 8 November 2026

This notice explains how Rapid Consulting Limited handles information when you visit rapidconsulting.in or contact us through the channels listed on the site.

Information you choose to share

Our website enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number and the type of help you need. If you call, email or message us, you may also choose to share information about your business and your project. If you introduce another person or business, share only the information you are authorised to provide.

Please use the initial enquiry to describe the requirement. Our team can explain which further records are needed for the relevant discussion.

Why we use enquiry information

We use this information to understand your request, respond to it and arrange a discussion if needed. If you engage us for further work, we explain the information we need for that assignment as part of the engagement.

Website hosting and analytics

Hostinger hosts our WordPress website. When your browser requests a page, the hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address and the page requested.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they use the website. It can collect information such as pages viewed, scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, browser and device details, and approximate location. Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga to distinguish browsers and visits. You can learn how Google uses this information and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported.

Our home page includes video previews and an embedded player from YouTube. When these load, your browser connects to YouTube. Google handles information about those requests and any activity in the player under its own privacy practices.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity on eligible public pages to understand how visitors use the site and where they run into difficulty. Clarity can reconstruct what appears on a page and capture interactions such as clicks and scrolling. We use recordings and summaries of these interactions to improve the site.

Where automatic recording is enabled, it starts only on eligible visits identified by our website host as coming from India. The host uses the connection’s IP address to estimate the country. Automatic recording runs without Clarity cookies and stays off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Choosing a phone, email or WhatsApp link ends recording for that page view.

Microsoft collects or receives visitor data through Clarity and can use it for its own purposes, including providing Microsoft Advertising. Read how Microsoft handles this information in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Microsoft typically keeps Clarity playback data for 30 days. Selected recordings and records such as heatmaps may be kept for up to nine months. We also keep a daily summary count of Clarity sessions to check that our measurement is working.

Contacting us through other platforms

If you contact us through WhatsApp or another external service, that provider handles information you give it under its own privacy practices. We use messages we receive to respond to the reason you contacted us.
