Interviews
We are conducting a walk-in interview at our office, where candidates will undergo a thorough two-round interview process. Each round is designed to be face-to-face, lasting between 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the flow of discussion. Candidates can expect an engaging experience with intensive brainstorming questions that allow us to assess their problem-solving abilities and how well they align with our goals and culture. This interview approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of each candidate’s skills and potential fit within our team.

Be prepared
You need to prepare for a challenging interview. It is not a secret that you can predict many of the questions you will be asked at the interview. So, plan and prepare your answers.

Be honest

Review
After interviewing, feedback from the interview panel is compiled and reviewed. It’s important that we make the right decision not only for our business but for you as well. Hence, everything is reviewed minutely — this includes your resume, telephonic interview feedback, and face-to-face interview feedback. Your interview feedback is then discussed with senior management for final approval.
Offer
If you are selected, you will receive a phone call to extend a verbal offer. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and if you’re happy with the offer, we’ll look forward to welcoming you on board.
