50%subsidy on the cost of capital equipment and expenditures required for implementing recommended safety measures. The subsidy caps vary by block category.

INR20 lakh for 'D' category blocks, down to INR 5 lakh for 'A' category blocks, once every five years.

Starting from January 1, 2021, and continuing for five years, the scheme supports MSMEs that have conducted safety audits and purchased safety equipment between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2025.

MSMEs must Have completed a safety audit by an ISO-certified agency.

Filed Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM).

Not manufacture items listed on the state's restrictive list.

Have obtained necessary NOC/CLU, if applicable.

Bein commercial and regular production at the time of disbursement.

Penal Action :

False claims will result in the repayment of assistance with interest, legal action, and disqualification from receiving any future incentives or assistance from the state government.
